TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. All bookings with AHA! Photography Workshops are not refundable.

  2. Participants must be aged 15 years or older.    

  3. If you are unable to make an arranged time, we require 72 hours notice for cancellation.

  4. If adequate notice is given an alternative date for your booking will be provided.

  5. No cash refunds will be given.

  6. A gift voucher that is purchased directly from AHA! Photography Workshops website is valid for 12 months.

  7. If the class size falls below the necessary number to run a class (3 students) we may cancel your workshop 24 hours prior to the date and an alternative date will be provided.

  8. If the weather is not deemed suitable for a workshop then the workshop or One-on-One session will be cancelled and an alternative date given. This decision is made by AHA! Photography Workshops and not the client.

  9. Class sizes are limited to 6 people so that everyone can get the attention they need to learn as much as possible. For groups of 6 to 12, a second tutor will present to ensure the best learning outcome for everyone.

  10. AHA! Photography Workshops accepts no responsibility for the damage to equipment or persons attending our workshops and attendance is at your own risk.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased online via the AHA! Photography Workshops website. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund. The voucher is subject to the terms and conditions set out by AHA! Photography Workshops. The whole balance must be used as no change is given.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is valued by us and any information you give us will be held with the utmost care. We will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information.

All photographs taken on the day of your workshop are for your own personal use and not general distribution. If you should wish to use any images taken of our models or people attending the workshops you must have a signed model release form.

All photographs and videos of our students (workshop participants) taken by AHA! Photography Workshops on any of our photography workshops may be used for all our advertising and promotional material and remain our property.
